7月份阿里巴巴上认识一个客户,当时询价了我们一款电池盒灯笼串,报价以后客人半个月没消息,突然一天又发了一款她自己的灯笼产品,图片要求非常详细,我当天给她核算了价格报过去了,然后又是半个月没消息,然后突然有一天她说要寄一套样品给我确认,我们是否能到跟她的样品一样,然后要我最终确认价格。
话说当天客人寄出了样品,因为当时十一放假,我在10月8号到了客人的样品,然后跟客人确认了价格,然后客人要求我们样品,但是她的产品需要定出菲林的,看在客人寄了样品的诚意,也给了到付账号,我方免费给她了样品,本来要寄给她的,结果客人说要来中国参加广交会,要路过宁波,我们约好了时间10月27日下午,在客人入住的宁波喜来登酒店见面,并且带去了样品,进行了面谈,也确认了细节,结果客人又提出样品不错,但是她最终下单的这个产品,图案要8种,要重新打样,彩盒也要一起好给她确认以后再下单。
我们答应帮她,结果彩盒的制版跟灯笼的制版又纠结很久,然后第二次给她寄样,结果彩盒印刷有误,又重新打彩盒,第三次寄出,上周五寄出的,这周一向她总该确认了吧,她一直说她的客户还没回复。
现在产品,彩盒都确认了,我不知道她还在纠结什么,关键是快过年了,还有她的交期是14年3月1号,再不确认我没法保证交期了,我也跟她说了,她究竟想怎么样?

because there is no workers in the factory before and after the chinese new year.the factory will be normal after the early march.

1.? ?? ? they say the lanterns are smaller than the original ones
2.? ?? ? they want an instruction on how to put the metal holders in.
3.? ?? ? the box must be taped down on 4 sides
as to point 1 i must investigate this and compare with original article. but i do not think they are right. will try to sort this out with customer later today.
as to point 2 we will make an instruction in black and white. can we add that?
as to point 3 i think that will be solved in production?

as to point 1,the lantern is the same size compared with the original.
as to point 2,we could add an??instruction in black and white without any extra cost.in order to se time,we could confirm it after order.
as to point 3,we could taped down on 4 sides without any extra cost.
