求鉴定这是不是钓鱼邮件?

上个月我到了一个西班牙陌生客户A给我发的邮件邮件,内容比较长,意思是说他的客户B对我们的产品感兴趣,我把产品资料和价格法过去后,A给我回了封邮件,说客户B同意对我们进行采购,后来A的客户B发来了合同,他说要我们律师使这份合同合法化(是他给我们推荐的),我们这个律师后,律师说要我们向他付律师付费后才为我们公正,邮件内容如下: Hello Sir, Thank you for contacting us and we received your signed contract agreement. Our Attorney can represent your company??for the legalization of the Contract Agreement in the Spanish Notary Public. And ensure that the Advance payment is being transferred to your nominated account as stipulated in the contract agreement. This process can be done within 72 hours and the Legalize document shall be dispatched through Courier services to your mailing address. For rendering this service to your Firm, our legal fee is 950 Euro. Document needed from your end, Scan and send to our email for urgency A copy of your business license or company registration Your company full mailing address and telephone/mobile numbers. Finally, attached herewith are my Identification card and our Attorney License. 如果是外贸型的,就是按#2说的公式计算退税。
如果是生产型的,计算公式则是——
免抵退税额=出口货物离岸价×外汇牌价×出口货物退税率-免抵退税额抵减额
  其中:
  1、出口货物离岸价(FOB)以出口计算的离岸价为准。出口不能如实反映实际离岸价的,企业必须按照实际离岸价向主管国税机关进行申报,同时主管税务机关有权依照《中华人民共和国税征管理法》、《中华人民共和国增值税暂行条例》等有关规定予以核定。
  2、免抵退税额抵减额=免税购进原材料价格×出口货物退税率
