EMS样品到巴西清关不成功被退回来了怎么?

给巴西圣保罗客户的样品,11月份寄的ems(客户让我们不要寄courier,说当地清关老有问题,寄ems比较安全也省钱,有写cnpj号),当时客户付了样品费和运费,12月1日寄到巴西海关,之后客户一直没有去清关。屡次客户都没有反应。2月份原件返回,样品又到了我手上(幸亏ems退回来不要钱)。。。再客户说样品被退回来了,客户马上回了邮件,让我再寄一次,运费我们这边出。 很奇怪到底是什么问题清关清不成功,客户不要付清关费应该不至于吧?但是之前两三个月客户又都没有反应。。。运费我们承担也算了,现在再寄的话寄什么??客户又不清关怎么。。。 巴西什么时候也清关难了。。。有高人遇到过类似情况么。求指点。。。[收起]
