关于标签要求，制造商必须在包装、说明书等显眼的地方，施加杀虫灭菌产品标签，标签必须标明产品符合EPA要求，并标明EPA Establishment Number。同时，对产品的性能进行严谨正确的宣称。另外，产品上严禁使用任何可能误导或欺骗性质的语句、格式和图示，任何有效信息必须予以标明，严禁仿造或者冒用其他产品的名称。
EPA 注册流程：
1.在线获取公司号 Company No.外国公司需要美国代表信息
2.申请 Establishment No.
3.完成 Annual Report申报。
4.如果是非装置类,完成 Annual Report之前,产品需要获得 Registration No.,制造商需要准备相关技术资料,完成EPA的评估后才可以获得 Registration No.
