l/c里有要求2条受益人声明： 请问格式是怎样的? 第二条要求要显示号,数量,名称,第一条没有要求写这样, 那是不是第二条写上第一条不用写这样信息? 1. beneficiary‘s declaration stating that goods he not been tanned with cetacean oils or others belonging to the specimen protected by washington convention 3.3.73 and don not contain pcp or colours which may form ammines not allowed by german law 。 2.beneficiary’s certificate stating that goods are in compliance with reach regulation no.1907/2006 dated 18th december 2006 as far as registration , evaluation and authorization of chemical products , showing number of invoice , quantity and article.
