    从如上案例中可以看到,其所提到的汇付方式为电汇。这种汇付复方式和信汇以及票汇所具有的差别并不是很大。信汇方式主要是由产品购入方将货款提交给当地银行,之后由这家银行开具付款委托书,此后将这一函件邮寄给外贸销售方当地的银行,由该银行付款。票汇的方式主要是产品购入公司购买产品销售企业所在地银行汇票之后,由卖方指定的人使用该汇票向出口地银行收取款项。

    除了上述所介绍的汇付方式之外,还包括托收以及信用证,在托收之中,又分为付款交单和承兑交单两个类别。信用证所表示的是银行在买卖双方之间对这项交易进行付款保证的一种凭证,在这一交易过程之中,买方会向银行递交申请,此后向卖方提供担保的一种凭证,也就是说只要外贸销售方企业提交符合信用证要求的单据,银行方就会保证支付此次交易中的款项。

    此前在信函里贵公司希望在本次产品交易中我方支付运输费用以及保险费用,不过由于我方销售产品利润低微,因此在销售过程之中仅可为产品购入方支付保险费用,陆路运输以及空运费用需贵公司自行承担。

    本次交易中请贵方以信用证完成结算,如有其他异议,贵公司可回函联系。

    在如上案例中可以看到该公司选择了信用证交易模式,实际上这种交易模式也是在当下外贸企业中最为常见的一种交易模式,信用证不仅简单操作方便,而且安全性也很高,因此受到了外贸企业关注,在当下无论是欧美国家还是日韩等亚洲国家,对外贸易往来中多会使用信用证。
