地推的时候被客户拒绝怎么办?
那肯定会有很多这种情况,但也不是没有余地,我整理了以下场景和应对话术
地推前被拒绝:
1️⃣I have a couple of other meetings in your city, I’ll drop off a sample/gift for you. Maybe a quick chat and I’ll be gone.
2️⃣ I understand you won’t be able to meet me in your office. Maybe we can have a cup of coffee together at 一个附近的咖啡馆, so i can show you the latest updates.
地推时被拒绝:
1️⃣客户不想换供应商
I undertand you have several suppliers at this time. I’m not asking for your business, I’m simply asking the opportunity to earn part of your business, maybe we could try with a samll trial order ?
What would you need to see to choose us ?
2️⃣你的产品和别家差不多,没有换必要
That’s good and they are doing good job and they also have mission. However we have some advantages that they don’t have. 后面列出你的优势:例如新品、专利产品、培训服务、账期优势等
3️⃣你的价格太高了
I understand your concern, maybe our price is not the lowest in thr market, hut we hope to make you more competitive in your local market.[收起]
