if you agree to ship the goods on 21 working days 100% t/t we promise that as soon as the shipping documents (bill lading) copy is scanned to us and container is tracked on board the ship, we will settle the invoice value while our bank will transfer the fund into your account and will you release the shipping documents original (bill of lading) to us when you confirm receipt of transferred fund as to enable us clear the goods from our sea port as there is no way we can clear the goods without the original b/l. 好像很不靠谱。

    但是极少客人会同意付全款后发货吧？大部分都是30%订金后发货，发货后提单COPY尾款，难道尼日尼亚是不需要正本就可以提货？

    对于尼日利亚，很多同学放松了条款而获得了订单，其中也有很多同学因此而陷入了窘境，不能说客户是骗子，他也无奈啊。。。。。。无奈到久久不能给你任何音讯。。。。。。

    楼主发的 很清楚 是离岸后TT100%，你的风险也将是100%；
    尼即使是真诚的老客户，即使是前TT30%或50%，后TT 离岸前（就是款清发货的意思），也可能发生发货前迟迟不到尾款的现象，甚至是弃货。
    目前的形势下，如果你没有实力去催帐的话，无论新老客户，请坚持货前100%讫。
    一两次的尝试成功不要当经验，而是要更谨慎。

    发货前100%付款比较适合老客户吧，第一次合作前T/T好一些，当然看楼主怎样去和客户沟通了。尼日利亚的市场还是很大的。
