怎么跟客户解释清关文件随机走？以下是我说昨天发货了，文件随机走了，他的回复 the original document we need for clearing. hope you he send it through courier. if you he send it along with the pack, how we will be able to clear it. the ownership of the materials??is with the holder of the original document. please clarify

    空运的话货物如果随机走了是不需要再寄的，货物到目的港口后，客户凭有效换单，拿到正本的随机文件不就可以清关了么，不过也可能对方国家特殊，欢迎指正
    如果客户坚持要重新寄一份的话就两说了
