请问这意思是说超过维修期的产品的补救方式吗？合同中提到保修期。有一条是这样的 Remedy for Breach of warranty The replacement products shall be shipped to locations designated,at vendor's expense(including freight charges ,duties,insurance and other expenses),with 20 days of receipt of buyer's shipping instruction. 这意思不是这运费也是我们负责了吗？谢谢

Remedy for Breach of warranty质保违约补救条款

The replacement products shall be shipped to locations designated,at vendor's expense(including freight charges ,duties,insurance and other expenses),with 20 days of receipt of buyer's shipping instruction.

到方出运指示后，方应将替换产品发至指定地点，并承担一切费用（包括运费，关税，保险和其他费用）。
