客户不愿意走拼箱该如何解决

外贸企业工作人员在日常工作中总是会遇到这样或者是那样的情况,如果无法满足用户的需求,生意往来有可能中断,因此在遇到问题时,如何快速解决问题是外贸企业工作人员必须了解的内容,例如有些用户所买的产品相对较少,这种状态之下,不足整箱的小票货运过程之中拼箱的可能性是非常高的,多数用户没有异议,但也有少量用户不愿意走拼箱,当遇到客户不愿意走拼箱这种问题时该如何解决呢?

首先我们要了解用户不愿意走拼箱的原因所在,例如有些用户担心这一类型的拼箱速度慢,或者是在用户自行承担运费的时候运费过高,那么可以用如下的这种方式解决。

可以看到上述这家外贸企业的解决模式也是很不错的,适当的让步减少一定额度的利益收入,但却有可能留住一个长期稳定的客户源,这样的做法自然也非常到位,在客户不愿意走拼箱时,我们要通过现有的实际状况合理的解决问题,尽量以双赢的形式达成这笔交易。
