观点:各位大侠,今天收到新客人的邮件。强调一定要D/P at sight。原文如下,请帮忙看看,是不是骗子啊 。

We confirm the receipt of your email, together with the attachment catalog of your productswith many thanks for your co-operation to he an mutual business relationship with our company.

As a matter of fact, we he to inform you that either 100% T/T, 30% deposit, L/C, Paypal, Money Gram or Western Union payment is not ok for us, in which our mode of payment with the oversea suppliers is by 100% D/P at sight, as this mode of payment are practice within the Banking industries all over the world.

We he been try to he a mutual business relationship with your company, but you are doubting us because you din't he a trust in our business relationship with you, therefore, please try to co-operate with us and let us start the business with your company.

Since our 100% D/P payment was Bank to Bank transaction, there is nothing to be worrying about, as it's your Bank that will handle the transaction, then monitor your side and our Bank too will stand for our side and we promise you that immediately the B/L arrive to our Bank we will honor the bills within (48) hours, therefore, rest assure and let us start business as quickly as possible.

Finally, kindly consider the above mode of payment, to enable us start the business as quickly as possible and after we make the settlement of the bills,
increase of the quantity of our order will come up.

    新客户最好不要接受D/P,虽然D/P是银行间的交易,但是如果你的货物到港,客户拒付怎么?那产生的费用可都要你承担的,到时候客户胁迫你降价才货你就亏大了。有诚意的客户在付款方式上不可能只接受D/P,因为国内对新客户全额D/P的公司还真不多 至少我没碰到过,你自己好好斟酌
