    之前的邮件是不是在讨论他对10件产品的不符呢，如果是这样的话，那么他现在的意思是，
    应该是他放弃10件中前9件不符了，就是接受了9件了
    第10件尺寸2.4571,超过规格10MM,不能接受，因为他不能匹配另外一个零件
