迟迟没付款！今天来了信，求给看看具体是什么意思？

I went into the bank today. They said it would be $65 for me to transfer the money to you. Can you send me a second invoice for another small order so I can send the money for the first order and the second order together so I only he to pay the fee once? Also if you he that other sample done, you can ship it with this. I will go to the bank tomorrow and ship it.
