翻译内容如下： 通过2013年的PPRR， 有些产品的投诉，我认为确实是客户要求严格了，比如1和2，我们目前的一些商比较小，技术还非常有限。 有些投诉能否不要拒全部库存，我们可以给其他客户。 如果拒全部库存，并且安排赔款的话，有些金额比较大，商很难同意，这样会影响到我们后续和商的合作。 谢谢

    Through the program of PPRR,I think that the clients were made compliants,were really too stringent with some of the
    products.Taking 1&2 for example,please kindly understand the fact that some of our suppliers are small sized companies with limited technical capabilities.

    We are wondering for some of the compliants,whether it's possible for the clients not to reject the whole stock since we
    could re-direct the sales to other customers.
