求翻译产品色差问题

今天一客人下单,去问货了,发现色差很大,图片主图是和我网站的一样,但是看了细节图,发现色差太大了,偏绿,荧光绿.有时候看着又像是黄色. 哪会帮我翻译下,我想让客人同意这件,但是色差有点大.关键是,我去问货的那家,他也没拿到货,也不敢肯定,只是给我发了实物图,说实物就是这样的. (你好,你所购的这款由于拍摄光线不同,实物与图片有色差,实物偏荧光,请问你确吗?)能帮我翻译下红色部分的吗?或者怎么委婉的说更好.
