I am questioning the kg. that you billed me for on the 2nd order.??The first order was too hard to figure as you sent it in 7 different shipments and I was out of hair- so needed it.??On the 2nd order you said that it would be 195 kg. of hair but charged for 305 kg.??The box weighs less than??3 kg. each.??What does the N.W. and G.W.??mean.??I am not clear on how you determine the total kg.
