L/C 中很多不明白求助。

第一，我们公司出货的产品非常多交货期也杂，我不知道客户为啥一定l/c，l/c advice中的shipment date这样写的，求翻译解释latest shipment date: tbd based on date goods need to ship from beneficiary。 第二，客户l/c需要sgs证书，我晕哦，他只是要求出具就可以付款还是说我们的单单一致包括出具的sgs证书， inspection certificate in original and 2 copies issued by sgs stating that all goods conform to contractual specifications and/or type sample and that certificate does not release the seller from its contractual obligations for its product. goods detailed on the commercial invoices must match the goods listed on the inspection certificate. 也不是特别明白、

    1.货物的交货期，当客户发给你信用证样本的时候，你是可以跟客户商讨交期的，如果客户的交货期太短，这样会防止不到钱
    2.SGS的证书可以找公司代。

    我觉得交货期最好还是确定下  因为信用证有有效期的

    SGS是你们的话就好 如果是客户的 小心自己拿不到SGS证书  你们证书的时候单据出具的信息一定要跟SGS确认好

    1， 最迟交货期  根据受益人要求待定
    2，信用证是单单一致  当然是包括SGS  你的单据是银行间信用 不需要给给客户看
    单据是 一正两副 声明：货物符合合同规定和样品。
    SGS证书并不免除方对产品的合同义务。
