RMA Policy (Return Material Authorization)

1. All RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days from the invoice date.

2. Please contact our customer service department to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions.

3. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale, with all manuals, accessories, and cables intact.

4. Products damaged due to misuse, abuse or negligence will not be accepted for return.

5. Customers are responsible for all freight charges incurred in shipping returns to us.

6. RMA credit will only be issued to the original purchaser and will be credited to their account upon receipt of the returned product.

7. No RMA credit will be issued for products that have been returned without an RMA number, or for products that have been altered in any way.

8. We reserve the right to refuse any RMA requests that do not meet the above guidelines.
