紧急求助!客人第一封邮件就要求总……

上个礼拜在阿里上到一条关于想我们公司产品在伊朗总的邮件,小妹上班仅两个多月,第一次到这种要求的信.请教了一下公司的老业务员,他们说总是不能随便给人家的,因为有的客人要总只是想控制整个市场,因为他们国家小,反正市场也不大……要先考察对方的销能力。最简单的方法就是邀请他们过来中国看我们的工厂,了解我们的产品,然后几台机器回去在他们国家看,几个单后再考虑总的事情。 我照着指点回信给客人,问他们公司有没有网站,他们以前有没有过,有没有过机械设备,每月销量如何……等等7788的问题。第二天到回信,信里说他们还没有网站,但他们公司了国外几家公司的产品,一个英国的什么压电线还是弯电线机器设备的公司,台湾的一家弹簧机器的公司,还有我们国家广东东莞的一家机器的公司。 我在网上查了一下这三家公司,找到了台湾和东莞那两家。然后我又给客人回信,邀请他来我们工厂看看,了解一下我们的机器,也在信里跟他说了让他先试着一下我们的经销商,几台我们的机器回去看看在他们伊朗好不好(对于我们公司而言,也是考察一下他们的销能力),等他们出三五台机器以后我们再谈“总”的问题。 结果昨天晚上又到了回信,他居然直接发了一份合同过来,让我们修改确认。我好晕啊,last letter 已经跟他或了要先我机器看,然后才能谈总的事情啊。他从第一封邮件就是谈的事情,都好象不怎么关注机器,他难道不要关心一下机器的价格,原材料的成本以及在他们国家好不好,有多大利润空间这些事情吗?、 所以我想,这会不会是骗子啊,一大早我就登录福步想查找一下有没有提过相同疑问的朋友,可惜没找到,不得以发贴求助,希望各位前辈高人给予指点,不胜感激啊!! 附上伊朗客人的那份“合同”,密密麻麻的看得我很是痛苦!前面一大段好象都是说的关于他们的二级的事情吧? 反正我只看了最后一段,付款方式。30定金,60%装船前付,还有个10%要机器到了他们过以后再付?这个我们公司铁定不同意的,我们只l/c或者前t/t的。还有15%和12%的佣金好象是提出要给他们的吧?是什么用啊?是不是骗钱的呢? dear daisy, thanks for your kindly attention . attached file is prepared agreement ducument between you and us please review it and if you find it suitable please confirm it otherwise you can modify it . so after that we will negotiate in remaining matters. with best regard 1)? ?? ?? ?territory and products of the sales agent 1.01? ???the agent is appointed for the purpose of selling the products of the principal through his appointed agents. the territory to be covered is the iran 1.02? ???the following products of the principal shall be sold by the agent in the territories: -- 2)? ?? ? accountability 2.01? ???although in the final instance the agent will be accountable to the principal, on a day to day basis the sub-agents will be accountable to the agent. 3)? ?? ?? ?duties of the agent 3.01? ???the agent will not sell the products outside his agreed territory or sell other products which could be considered competitive with the products of the principal. neither shall the agent allow the sub-agents to engage in any activity within the territory which could be detrimental to the business of the principal. 3.02? ???the agent is to ensure that the sub-agents promote the sale of the products within their territory to the best of their abilities. 3.03? ???in all selling transactions the agent will ensure that the sub-agents describe themselves as the "selling agent" on behalf of the principal and do not pledge the credit of the principal with any person or concern or receive money on account of the principal. 3.04? ???the agent will provide the principal with an updated sales report once a month of all its current sales activities. the reports should include all relevant information relating to the prospects of potential sales of the products, and their status, within their territories. 3.05? ???the agent will ensure that the sub-agents do not commit the principal to prices or conditions of sale inconsistent with those conditions of sale offered by the principal. 3.06? ???the agent will describe the products offered??in all transactions as being the manufacture of the principal and will use the brand name of the principal where such exists. 3.07? ???the agent, after gathering information from the sub-agents, will keep the principal reasonably informed of market conditions within the territories especially with reference to the competition and any other factors which may affect the sale of the products of the principal within the territories and to the best of his ability of government regulations and requirements which may affect the sale of the products. 3.08? ???the agent, through his sub-agents, will keep the principal informed wherever possible of the financial integrity and stability of customers. also to ensure that assistance is given from time to time by the agents to expedite payments which he become overdue. 3.09? ???the agent is to ensure that the sub-agents
