2019年6月28日开始，所有新注册锂电池或含锂电池产品需在注册过程中上传UN 38.3报告；
2019年8月1日开始，所有已通过锂电池或含锂电池产品需上传UN 38.3报告，否则WERCS注册将被暂停，在暂停前会收到“NEEDS ATTENTION"的通知。
提醒广大客户对所有含电池产品进行重新认证，确保与锂电池相关的产品已经全部更新；
针对无UN 38.3报告的电池产品，客户需要联系电池厂家重新认证并取得合格UN 38.3报告，上传WERCS官网后才能对含电池产品进行重新销售，新增UPC码或以其他方式更新。

一般来说，整个WERCS注册周期下来是10个工作日左右。
