I work in XXX with Lucy who is on maternity lee until XXX. It's obvious that I'm taking over her wordload almost completely. I understand that a pay raise will be off the limit but I'm wondering if I can get any reimbursement for overtime or per diem for extra work.
My suggestion is RMB2,000 per month until Lucy comes back to work. But any evaluation is welcome for my extra work. Please let me know.
