到一封是自称 deutsche bank 的邮件，邮箱地址是google邮箱，内容如下： we he received a query from deutsche bank for the following transaction which was processed at our branch and they need additional information/documents to release the transaction to your bank account. kindly provide the following documents/information at the earliest, ·? ?? ?? ?confirm if the attached is your account details ·? ?? ?? ?confirm the exact purpose of payment ·? ?? ?? ?relationship letter - if there is a third party involved waiting for your early response. 附件是html格式的文件，还有一个压缩包，我还敢，怕是木马病毒。正巧我有个客户说要打款，是老客户，我担心是他打的款，但又不敢。也许我该问下客人，但我想了解一下是不是大家都有类似的情况，有没有什么好法解决？ （注明：上个礼拜也到内似的邮件，没看完就了）。 期待这里的高手解决！
