    As forward warehouse will refuse to receive any damaged cartons b/f receipting; besides for this order is delivered by our own, so we believe it should be damaged during loading in forward warehouse or other reasons.

    As the goods need to send the forwarder warehouse,in case of any harm of the cartons ,they would check it carefully before receipting. so Any damage causes should be accured in the crude movement while taken into the container or before that. maybe some other reasons!
