怎样让客户发图纸报价

最近经常有客户询问我们能不能他描述的产品（我们是模具的），我们肯定是说能 让客户发图纸过来 我们再安排报最好的价格 （yes ,we can make the parts as ur desired .could u pls kindly email us the drawing ,after that we will he a good look and then give u our best offer asap),可问题是回复之后 客户那边竟然没回复 ，各位有没好的建议让客户把图纸或者寄样品过来报价？谢谢。
