先别急着敲“Sorry for the late reply”。回复速度远不如“回复的准度”重要。尤其是涉及出货的订单,一个细节没确认,后面可能整柜货物卡在海关,或者利润被运费吃掉。

今年开工,请按这个顺序操作,稳单又避坑。
01
先查“三张表”,再碰邮件
1.未出货订单表
逐个核对:工厂开工了吗?工人返岗率多少?原定交期能否兑现?
特别注意:2026年初部分行业生产线升级,务必拿到工厂书面确认的交期,别自己拍胸脯。然后立刻联系货代,确认节后舱位和船期——节后爆舱是常态,提前锁定仓位比什么都强。

2.待付尾款/待出货客户表
这类客户是现金流来源。复工第一件事不是等他们问,而是主动发邮件:告知生产进度、预计出货时间、订舱安排。客户要的是“确定性”,不是“我回来了”。
快速筛选出有具体产品、公司信息的优质询盘,优先回复。其余的可发统一模板,留钩子等对方再联络。

更新报价,别用年前价
很多人一激动,直接复制年前报价发过去,结果核算时发现:
汇率变了(人民币波动影响利润)
原材料价格调了
建议报价前先做三件事:
问货代最新海运费+舱位情况
查目标市场2026年新规(见下文)
跟工厂确认是否调价
报价单末尾加一句:“Price valid for 7 days due to post-holiday cost fluctuation.” 既专业又留余地。

复工邮件怎么写?这些版本直接套用
1.针对已下单未出货客户(稳住信任)
Subject: Production & Shipment Update – Your Order #[订单号]
Dear [客户名],
Happy Chinese New Year! Our team is fully back today.
I’ve just confirmed with our factory: your order will start production on [日期]. We’ve also pre-booked space with our logistics partner for the first available vessel around [日期]. I’ll keep you posted once the goods are ready and the booking is confirmed.
If you have any special packaging or documentation requirements, please let me know ASAP so we can arrange accordingly.

2.针对待成交/意向客户(推进订单)
Subject: Ready for 2026? Let’s lock in your production slot
Dear [客户名],
Hope you had a great break. We’re back and production lines are running at full capacity.
Given the recent fluctuations in ocean freight and new tariff policies (e.g., Mexico’s new duties, EU CBAM), I’ve updated our quotation to reflect the current situation. Please find the attached proposal valid for 7 days.
If you have a Q1 plan, now is the time to secure your slot before the post-holiday shipping peak.
