这是客户的回函，是之前同事的客户！我该怎么回复呢？？？？ I bought DVB-T 999 set top boxes (trading under the name Spotted Zebra). I'm sure the customs policy is difficult but I'm looking to clear them out of the store as they're occupying space unnecessarily and I can't sell them. The Kenya government moved to DVB-T2, but at this point I'm not interested in pursuing that business until there is more certainty. Please let me know if there is any possibility. 退回来是不可能的啦，不回复又不行，外贸新手，还不到一个月，真的想不出可以复什么？
