As a new employee, I'm used to using Chinglish to express myself. I would like to improve my responses. The customer had some concerns about the last product we sent him. There were stains and wear on the product, and the customer emphasized that the packaging must be careful this time. The customer also asked me to confirm the contents of the order. I'm not sure how to respond. Additionally, do I need to issue a PI or should I ask the customer to send over a contract directly?
I hope this helps! Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
Dear thanks for your mail , we feel so sorry for this problem, yes ,we will pay our most attention and priority to the packing , make sure that the same problem will not happen again in the future. looking forward to your next order. thanks! just for your reference
had dents and nicks in the BW Ends. I he told Rison that I cannot he that. He claimed it was the fault of the shipper, but the valves were individually wrapped and protected and so I believe it happened at your plant sometime b广告een the time they were finished manufacturing and when they were packaged for shipment. Please make it a priority to assure me that the next order of valves will not he any dents or nicks in the butt-weld ends and that they will be adequately packaged for overseas
