快递paypal争议退款

给美国客户发的一个箱子到货后箱子有损坏,里面产品也有破损,客户现在要paypal退款,请大婶指教怎么回复比较好?还有怎么? Dear Hal I'm sorry to hear that, but since this happened we should make it clear and find a way. 1.All is well when we pack and ship. We he no reason to ship bad product and get ourself in trouble. 2.Should not he signed the bill when you notice package destroyed because FEDEX will and should take Responsibility for it , NOT YOU ,NOT US. 3.it's repairable just replace several parts as the main part -coil is all good. We want to offer help but we are irresolute now, we did all we need to do still coming the blame, what if it happen again ? We will not take responsibility for problems which are not caused by us. regards Manette

    货物损坏联邦是不会给你赔款的 要是贵重物品建议份保险  出口的产品一定要包装好 不经摔的产品打个木架或者木箱   好好跟客户协商吧
