4月份是展会月,广交会,环球资源香港展,香港贸发局展会都开始了。很多朋友也去参展了,展会上拿到一些名片。那么展会后如何发邮件跟进客户呢?下面我来讲讲我自己的实际邮件模板和实用有效例子,希望对大家有点帮助,也欢迎大家补充。

展会回来第一封邮件:

主要目的是为了告诉客户我们在什么日期地点的展会见过。我们展位信息,我们是做什么产品的,有什么优势。然后就是附件附上展位图片,产品信息和客户合影照片,让客户想起我们,记得有我们这个公司,有你这个人。

标题  :Nice meeting you at HK Fair-5E16-Tablet case

Hello Natalie ,

This is Mark form TTX Technology Co.,Ltd of leather tablet case and phone case,I take pleasure to meet with yours at HK global sourcing show. 

Nice to meet with you  over there!we just back to the factory.I gave you catalog yesterday and had a talk with you.
