跟客户交流遇到问题了

这个客户几个月前就发来了询盘,都是间断的!前几天我给他了一份报价单,他对其中一款机器很感兴趣。他看到就说这个价钱是right price。他之前还到过别人的报价,价钱便宜很多可是不能满足他的要求。
昨天我陆陆续续的给了他参数和视频。来回邮件很通畅。
可是今天我到他的回复说我给的视频他已经看过的。而且这视频是机器的,不是他想要的视频。
他想要的是机器生产成品的全过程视频,可是我们没有。
以下是他给我的邮件还有我的回复,现在他不回复我了!!!!
求大家帮我分析下客人现在是怎么想的????他再不给我回邮件我该跟他说什么????
