这样的问题，如何回复客户？

各位福友， 大家好，小女子近期在发uk的客户，不知各位大侠能否给些建议，跟uk客户的沟通应该注意什么？有没有哪些资源是专门讲uk市场的？跪谢！！！ 请问大家在发时是否有遇到过这样的客户：your equipment is a poor copy and counterfeit of english designed equipment - i he forwarded this to the relevant authorities and police in your region who will be in touch with you shortly. 说真的，我们的产品是有一点点参考了国外产品的设计，借鉴了他们的构思，外观的相似度可能稍微高些，但是不能就说一样，面对这种客户的回复，不知道大家会怎么回复？我的答复是，我们承认产品之间的借鉴是存在的，但是产品的结构，所用的材料都是我们自己的设计跟生产的，对于copy一词未免太严重了。 不知各位前辈有何建议? thanks in advance!
