我觉得付款方式和正常的贸易方式没什么区别

HIGH SEA SALES是帮助FINAL BUYER逃税而产生的一种贸易方式，进口关税等费用都由FINAL BUYER来支付。现在问题来了，就如这个例子中的印度进口商给印度的FINAL BUYER的报价是用美金还是用当地货币种呢？
