    我觉得goodman是对你的尊称,没有人会在写给别人的邮件里尊称自己Mr. ,所以你就不要直接写客户的名字,多交流交流,在报价,这样会比较安全点

    万分感谢fwsteve大虾的回复啊,囧了,原来客户叫Goodman啊,我以为是GOOD MAN,真心糗大了,不过这个里只有国家(沙特)和电话啊,没有其他资料了,我再google一下吧看能不能找出一些信息,嗯,俺会吸取教训,以后不会这么主观臆断了,再次感谢大侠帮忙

    不过,你这回Mr. Good就有点囧了,不管别人名字好坏,你弄错就是你的问题了。
    不知道客户有没有留下他们公司的网址或者其他可能找到的他们相关产品的信息,在回邮件之前,花10分钟搜索一下这些还是很有必要的,即便是客户只了他的名字,我都会习惯性google一下看可以挖到什么,或者是上社交网站上搜一下看是不是真有其人。
    了解了这些之后再回复会更有底气一点,也更容易抓住客户,这比你邮件的内容重要得多了。
    楼主这样回,多半是没有什么反馈的,你不了解客户要什么发出几个问题的时候,你的竞争对手或许已经发完报价了。
    虽说头一次回复慎重起见不建议发价格,但是足功课以后瞄准客户精准的一击,是很容易帮你在第一时间拿下客户的。
    建议,以后拿到询盘不要太主观去判断,一定一定要用事实说话,谁说客户没有单子,单子都是给有准备的人的。
