2019年成交了一个新客户,交货半年后客户反馈质量问题并提供图片。
当时工程确认是客户储存不当造成的,而且老板也认为是客户问题。
我知道客户不满意当时处理结果,但我没有放弃该客户,一直跟进,昨天客户终于回复如下:
