一个美国客户,我们了有三年多,他们专门和贸易的。今年给我们下了个样品单,结果拖了一个月才交货。虽然样品测试通过,但是交期等真的是大问题。这个事情还好解决,我们可以控制的。 另外是委托客人在美国了几个样品,老板不肯付运费,想让客户来中国的时候给带过来。美国人可不是这种思维,大家有遇到这样的问题么? i talked with *****.(美国客户介绍的给我们客户,发样品过去了) the good news is that the evaluation by their customer of your touch sensor went well and can be used. the bad news is that because &&&&& took so long to send the samples, their customer bought from another supplier. due to the strong relationship wt has with this customer, &&&& will be considered when they buy again in mar/apr timeframe. to be honest, i ge you this opportunity to see how well &&&& could work with customers in the west. unfortunately, i feel that you failed …………….. taking far too long to ship evals that would result in volume business and more worried about payment for two evals etc. it seems that your company has the wrong priorities and business expertise. another example is regarding the *** led’s that i bought for you, now your company seems concerned about the shipping cost??? not sure why you even asked me to get them as there seems to be no urgency and focus is on small things instead of important issues. this is why chinese companies usually fail to do business in north america. please advise how you plan to change so we can be more effective and capture business. i don’t want to lose my credibility by introducing a tier 2 chinese player to my contacts. i look forward to hearing your thoughts. cheers ……………….. barry
