理商会认证的和原产地证要凭海关预录单的原件去理.也就是要货物出关之后,报关的就要及时将海关预录单退给我们,还要提单复印件,否则我们这边不了. 请求帮忙翻译一下！

The original of the pre-customs declaration form has to be presented to CCPIT when applying for the legalization of the
invoice and C/O with them.In other words,the customs broker needs to provide us with the said copy immediately after
the customs clearance,also the copy of B/L is required.Otherwise,I am afraid that we could not comply with your request.
