最近刚谈了一个美国客户,客户已经下了订单,正在生产(有定金) 这个客户是美国的经销商,有68家分店,最近客户发来邮件,说他们第69家店要张了,好像要我们寻求资金支持。。。,不知道我理解得对不对,请大家帮忙看下: 邮件如下: Good afternoon, I sent this out a few weeks ago with my vendor agreement letter, but he not had many responses.     我感觉是1000刀的产品质量保证金,说第69家店张不假,也可能是假,现在他就是要你要这个金钱了,呵呵!不过签合同的时候没有说明这些,可以不管,但是不管之后下次有没有单,自己考虑了

    应该你们签订单前客户是没有提及的吧?订单确定在生产以后客户才提出来的?

    告诉客户你们的合约不包括现在客户的要求,这个订单需要按照双方合约约定的条款执行。至于他所要求的保证金,在以后的订单中后续再探讨。

    当然,措辞要靠自己润色了。
