    这个SWB安全的问题其实主要就是不能控货，只要你收齐了全款的话，那么其实是没有多大所谓的，既然客户愿意的话那么就按照客户的要求来出具就好了。SWB提单是海运单（Sea Waybill）缩写，又称海上运送单或海上货运单，它不须以在目的港出示该单据作为收货条件，不须待单据寄到，船主或其代理人可凭收货人收到的货到通知或其身份证明而向其交货，这个对于客户那边的清关来说是比较省事的，客户不需要去进行换单之后才能进行清关之类的，其实是比较便捷的。
