我的一个巴基斯坦客户想要让我给他寄样品，但是他说不让我用快递，让我通过中国邮政挂号包裹给他，说是这样他们对此产品就有进口许可，以后他们也可以大批量的我们的货物，我不请楚他具体是什么意思，我该怎么寄给它呢？？已下是他发给我的邮件 1.thanks for your mail. we only want small samples to submit to our government to get an import permit to be imported your products in bulk. so you please send the samples by chinas post office registered parcel not by any courier 2.dear sirs/madam: thanks for your mail. simply nothing hardle to minimise the customs duty. so send the samples by china post office registered parcel except any other??coirier 各位高手们帮帮忙，看看我该如何这件事情？？？
