今年寄样的客户挺多的,但没几个主动找回来要下单的,这时候就必须要主动出击去跟 但是跟进不是催促,更不是干瘪瘪问一句Any feedback? 👉而要站在客户的角度想,你的内容是否在对他施压? 他为什么要给你反馈? 给你反馈了有什么好处? 👉跟进已寄样客户反馈: Hi +客户名, 查下对方国家时间,开头写一句Good morning 或afternoon (简单寒暄一下,不用写太长,浪费客户阅读时间 ) Thanks for requesting our ... samples(客户具体调样的产品名称) on the HK exhibition this April(根据客户具体索样时间和地点修改).
