开发信怎样写才能吸引客户？
很多刚进入外贸行业的人，为了向客户充分展现公司产品，在开发信中会附上大量产品图片，或者是带有高频率出现的广告词等。经常这样发邮件，很快就会出现问题！比如：出现邮件权限下降、邮件发送成功率下降的问题，也就导致发出的邮件没有任何回应。这也说明，客户没有回复你，很有可能是因为开发信被拦截，而不是客户不喜欢你的产品。为了能提高开发信发送成功率，首先需要了解反垃圾邮件系统的机制。
哪种类型的邮件会被判定为垃圾邮件？
以下是国际电子邮件协会的判断标准:
(1)未经收件人许可，发送频率过快，内容重复率过高；
(2)对方没有订阅但发送方发送了附件；
(3)邮件中含有垃圾邮件的高频词。
从发送到接收，一封邮件必须经过以下路径:
①邮件客户端、②邮件服务器、③邮件服务器、④邮件客户端。其中，如果①使用企业邮箱，①的邮件由企业邮箱服务器发送给②；如果①使用公共邮箱，比如网易，那么①的邮件通过网易邮箱服务器发送给③。乙方邮件服务器将对每一个 IP 和每一个邮件服务器进行评分，审核后的邮件将送达乙方邮件客户端，并由乙方查看。
因此写公开信的时候，需要注意以下9点
1、尽量用公司邮箱
最好的邮箱是企业邮箱，也就是你的用户名@你的公司网站域名。
2、向同一邮件服务器发送信件的频率不应太高

对客户来说，你是陌生人，你的邮件是需要识别的陌生邮件。所以尽量不要在第一封邮件的正文中添加附件，最好也不添加图片和链接。一定要添加的话，确定图片足够小，500K 以内，也要调整画面大小；链接只能添加到 Google、Twitter 等国际网站。其实联系方式也不应该出现在公开信里，因为邮箱地址本身就是一种联系方式，当客户对产品感兴趣的时候，就可以通过邮箱联系你了。
7、不要接触禁忌语
根据国外网络服务商 godaddy 的统计，与销售有关的 SPAM 高频词通常有：Free, Discount, Oppotunity, Win, Winner, Cheap, Deal, Debt, Income, Insurance, Loan, Money, Mortgage, Price, Rate, Profit, Save, Merchant, Stock, Act Now, All New, Call Now, Subscribe Now, Million, Dollars, Opportunity, Compare, Check, Cash, Bonus, Credit, Loans, Buy, Direct, Get Paid, Order Now, Specializing, Specialized, Offer, Please Read, Don't Delete, Special Promotion, Satisfaction Guaranteed, You've Been Selected.

写完开发信后，你用自己的工作邮箱，给自己的私人邮箱发一次试试，看看会不会被列为垃圾邮件。
