最近发了一个利比亚的新客户。 已经沟通了一个月,先是他们公司的技术经理来确认技术参数,后是换了个管理级别的来确认价格和付款方式,现在以上两点都谈妥了,剩下的最后一个运输的问题,几乎也没问题了,最近的三封邮件,请各位指点如何“move forward" dear h, thanks for your prompt reply, please check again the update quotation. only one thing need to be point out, the shipment could only arrive on tripoli, not khoms. please check if your forwarder could arrange for the shipment from tianjin port, china to khoms port, thank you. thanks c 两日后见客户没有回复,遂追加一封如下: dear hesham, how are you? may i know your comments about the shipment problem? tripoli port is ok? and if you he any questions or helps, please let me know. we are waiting to move forward. thanks c 客户回复如下: dear c, sorry about the late reply but i he been away on a business trip and just got back to my emails. tripoli port is fine we can move ahead with the final quotation. thanks, h 没想到我的委婉的"move forward", 也换来了客户委婉的“move forward",所以想请大家说说,我现在是直接跟他说"looking forward to your order", 还是再委婉的来一封?如果是委婉,该怎么说比较合适?请大家不吝赐教,谢谢啦~~
