    估计客户是真的遇到了资金问题。
    不防问问客户能先给多少,不能给的后面又是多久可以付。既然了那么坏的打算,那么就尽量先把成本回来,毕竟这个客户合作了2年多,有一定的诚信度,如果真的在这单付款上为他考虑了,我想这个客户就真的能成老客户了。

    另一方预备转给其他客户的方案。
    无论怎么样,尽量的回成本,减少损失
