如何让客户回复你

前段时间联系到了一位美国的大客户， 规模是1000-5000人的样子， 要说样品， 我们决定免费送样品， 但是运费需要他们出， 可是不同意， 不同意就算了， 我们再让步， 问他能不能走lcl， 结果依然很拽， 一定要空运过去。。 为了这个单子只能硬着头皮，空运给他们了谁叫人家公司大呢，，， 就2件货， 花了3000多块钱啊。 后来说收到了，说样品看起来很不错。 又问我们是否在福州和香港有样品室。。。 后来就一直没回。
