很多时候想要挖客户的信息,客户总是不给 以下方法可以试试 先向客户输出自己的价值(for example: we can help you but easy from china , help you to communicate with your other suppliers to load the containers together) now what are yoh purchasing, do you need the help from my side. 给出自己可以做的,就询问一个我们想要从客户那里得到的东西~这样更容易成功 2.告知客户自己所付出的努力,希望客户能够给到反馈即使不下单也没有关系(真诚加以退为进) As you kkow i had keeping following you more than 6 months . But actually most important to me is your feedback, you are one of the most important customers i hope you can offer some feedback. 3.直接分手(适合折扣给到了,多次纠缠还没有下单的客户)It is a lobg timd don’t have any feedback from your side .
