According to our sample policy, our samples(quantity:  100g max. per each) can be offered free of charge but their express frieght shall be at our customers' expense, which is effected by your telling us your DHL account or other international carriers.

To cooperate with you sincerely, we will bear the freight( USD 50 or 80) after you place a firm order on us.

As each day we he so many samples to send, it won't be a small amount. So our company he the rules that the freight and sample cost should be paid by our customer.And once we receive your order, we'll return this money to you. I hope you can undertand us and it'll be much appreciated if you can tell us your courier account just like Fedex,DHL,UPS etc

你可以告诉他 要的人很多就是很大费用 要一些不等的费用将来下单了就给他 有诚意的一定会给的

他的意思是：我们不能免费的样品，但是如果你能下一份试订单就可以几个样品。

后面一句说我们乐意免费样品，以便你们下个试订单。难道是下单后再样品么？
