去年我给客户降了四次价,年尾的时候原材料涨价,产品价格涨了300元/吨,我要求涨价,每次客户以下一个订单再涨和明年再涨敷衍过去。因为客户订单比较多,无奈之下,去年我一直没涨价,去年的最后一份邮件客户不但没有理会我的涨价要求,还要求再便宜一点,我在回复的邮件里说了这么一句话don't he any space to drop the price ,you can come to china to ask any factory,we all raise the price to our??customers,except you。我只是陈述了下事实,给别人都涨了,你这还没涨呢。
今年原材料还是涨,出厂价又提高了200元/吨。今年我就一直跟他提涨价,但客户关于涨价的邮件一律不回,我在装柜前一天给他发了邮件说产品要涨300元/吨,他还是没有回复我。于是,今年的第一个柜出去,我把调了300元/吨的装柜清单发给他的。因为钱都是装完柜,我把具体数量报给他在中国的,然后把钱打给我。当下就把钱打给我了。
第三天,客户发现我调价了,叫我把多的钱退给他,因为他一直咬住我年前的he any space to drop the price ,you can come to china to ask any factory,we all raise the price to our??customers,except you。
现在客户又给我订了一个小柜。
我想跟客户讲按照原来的价格我不能了。但我不想丢失这个客户。要怎么用英语表达呢?还有他叫我把多的钱退给他的事要怎么比较好?
