美国亚马逊站就要求所有儿童玩具和儿童产品必须提供 Children’s Product Certificate 儿童产品证书（简称 CPC 证书），CPC类似于COC证书，在亚马逊美国站上线与儿童相关的产品类别时，包括玩具，婴童用品等会被要求出具CPC证书，否则不予销售。虽然叫做“证书”，但CPC认证不由任何官方机构签发，也无需在相关部门归档，实质上是由制造商/进口商自行起草并全权负责的“保证书”，声明其产品符合所有美国本地适用的儿童产品安全条例及其他法律法规。
亚马逊平台在上线一些类别的产品（如儿童玩具、婴童用品等）时会要求商家同时上传CPC证书，没有CPC证书的相关儿童产品不得在线销售。
