COD 是不是cash on delivery. VPP也是类似的吧？

but in COD, the cash is collected by courier service which has a contract with the sender.

VPP是Value Payable Post， 邮局付款的一种。

客户说： send your sample with vpp or cod， vpp 镇不知道是个啥，不过后面的cod应该是code吧？就是编码的意思，vpp OR cod， 那vpp也该是编码的意思吧

VPP都是基于P2P技术的以文件共享和为主的联络工具，他们都具有文件交流、通讯聊天的功能。
